you had better read the magnifying print of your lease because you will sign a waver acknoledging that your car (even if registered) is subject to being towed at any given time. especially on a work day. there squirrl problem is still evident. there is a ventillation problem in the laundry area, just keep the door open or you will get sick from carbon monoxide. The balony doors are cheap and break easy. i felt better living in the crappy city apartments because its cheaper and there at least you get what you pay for. here you clearly do not.
