I just moved into The Mansions of Mt. Shire and the leasing agents were so nice and very helpful. They took their time to show me numerous apartments and wanted to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. I have no complaints. I have a huge apartment and I never hear any of my neighbors. I couldn't be happier!!

Leasing Agent, Do you know "fraud" has penalty in this country. If you are happy and has no complaint why did you post your comments "anonymous"? Honesty doesn't make any sense, isn't it? Whay don't you tell you are an insider?

What a joke? ever dealt with Alice (Manager), .....not at all a friendly staff, like waiting to pounce on you when you are about to leave.... But any issues you report, like A/C or refrigerator not working , are ignored, phone calls not returned and later told that they have no record of problem.

Yes, Alice is a witch with a capital "B". She does not listen and they don't want ot admint anthing that happens in the apartment needing fixing is their fault. They are also very belitling when you call. To the first review - ALL apratments do a dog and pony show and make a big deal when you are trying to rent and show you the good side - it's when you get in that you find out the "real" deal. from: current tenant
