1. Customer Service (in all respects) is worst and am regreting moving to these apartments. I was in front of the office at 6.01 pm, office staff were in the office but wouldn't talk to me.. I was asked to come the following day. This is just one example.
2. Believe me....not you, but spiders live in these apartments.
3. You will also feel the pain in winter, you will feel the cold thru windows and when you call for help, guess what... your window will be stapled with a plastic sheet.
4. Intercomm never works properly. 2 FedEx and 3 UPS mails were retured and I have to go miles to collect these.
5. Ask for information to extent your lease, you will be surprised once again.
6. Smell in the walk-ways... unbelievable
7. These are just few, if you move to these apartments.... you will experience more.

***I will be moving out real soon.. lucky me.

I lived for more than 2 years, ------- assole maitance, becareful about security cause i heard so many theft cases in that back side of CVS pharma road. Also heard couple of accidents due to mainatain of old building, you never know what fell on you.
