I am currently living in the Mountshire Apartments. This place is full of mice. Infact, almost all the buildings in the apartment complex have mice problem. There are mice in kitchen...living room and even bedroom wardrobe. The management is really rude and does not really seem to care about the renters.

I suspect I had mice too, though I never actually caught one. Many bugs in any case on the first floor. I wholeheartedly agree with the BAD MANAGEMENT. It strikes me as a place that's primarily operated by immature girls recently out of high school trying to act like adults BUT not having the experience or savy to do so. I got terribly screwed on my security deposit after going through great lengths to leave the place far cleaner than when I received it 3 1/2 years ago. They robbed me of $135 in a very lame manner. They avoided my request to do a joint walk-through whereby I could have addressed their lame claims in 5-10 minutes of Windexing. Very petty and inappropriate, but at least I'm through with them. Could be a far better place to live if they employed a more intelligent staff and showed far more consideration to the tennants in good standing.

Me too agree Very rude staff...no one is ready to help and listen what we want and looking for..i went there once to find out 1BHK but what i found all rude and rough peoples are there.

The mansions are thieves. If you think that you are going to get your deposit back, forget it. That will never happen. They charged me $150.00 for three days that I did not live there. Two of the days, the office was closed, and the last day was the day that I gave them the keys. It takes them 30-40 days to even let you know if your going to get the deposit back, which will not happen.Overall I am so glad to be out of that place!

I am currently living here and my fiance was going to renew the lease because we didn't wanted to go through the hessle of moving. Even when we heard that there's no special for renewing the lease and on top of that, the price will increase from 925 to 950 on two br and only special will be the carpet cleaning(and who knows how clean and effective it'll be). As many of you already know, we have mice problem and we had three pest control visits but nothing worked. People are incredibly rude and edge. Everytime I go there for question or other matters, I felt like I should be the one feel sorry bothering(?) them by requesting for maintenence. I was so angry at the place that I was asking around from my co-workers for the popular review sites to post this. If I could, I wish I can just stand at the outside of the leasing office and tell new apartment searchers to turn around and go somewhere else and please inform to your friends as well. I will give -10 out of 10.
