I've been here for 3 years and love it. Great location and my rent includes gas, heat and water. Other places dont include free utilities. There are so many dumps in this area, so be careful. I got realy good renewal deals-at least 1 mo. free. Havnt had to many service problems. The ones I had were minor, and the maintenance fixed it quick. Management is good too. Very helpful. I have no complaints.
