Management is terrible!

I would not recommend this place at all. The management office is not responsive and does not have a sense of urgency with anything. They are beyond a couple of customer service classes. Less than a month into my less, I was ready to move and that has not changed. If I chose to terminate my lease I will have to pay for the entire year even 2 weeks into the lease. I am almost at the point where paying for a year of living expenses not to deal with this management company is almost worth it!

I am planning on making this a serious issue. I have had mice in my apt for the past five months and they have done nothing about it. I am reporting it to the village hall and I am submitting an article about this apartment in the Daily Herald. I would like if I could get more info from other tenants.
