I already have written a review of this place but felt it necessary to make an update. I lived at the mansions for two years (behind the strip mall), and the two years there were not bad at all. In my previous review I did indeed agree with most of the other reviews here in stating that management is not very prompt in addressing anything, however I have also seen many people claim they are losing their security deposits. I had a security deposit of about $870 dollars with them. After moving last year (I bought a home) I was very meticulous about cleaning, repairing, replacing anything that needed it. And when I initially moved in, I also did the walkthrough with them and made sure I addressed everything and had them document it so I would not be charged for anything when I left. Considering all this, I received almost my entire deposit back minus some money for a carpet cleaning which I would say is probably standard in most cases. I didn't have an issue with much else while there and had okay neighbors (and a great one across the hall). Like I also mentioned before, my gf's car was broken into but that could happen anywhere. I would just make sure if you do move there, park your car under a light or facing the apts. and not the fence. Thanks Mansions!

WHAT TRULY, NON-DESPERATE, COUPLES/FAMILIES. WOULD WANT TO LIVE IN CONDITIONS SUCH AS ALL........THESE ABOVE COMPLAINTS????WHAT DOES IT TAKE FOR THE MANAGEMENT TO REALIZE, THEY NEED,REALLY NEED, TO FIRE ALL THE IMMATURE, UNAWARE, DONT GIVE A ---- EMPLOYEE'S/OFFICE HELP THAT THEY CURRENTLY HAVE!! DO THEY NOT READ THESE HORRIBLE REVIEWS????????

Well you must be the lucky one. The .01% that didn't get ripped off by the Mansions. I think that shouldn't justify your positive review after you posted a negative one. You are recommending this dump just because you got "most" of your deposit back? Let me tell you that Huntington Square apartment gave me 100% back ($895)and I left it semi-clean. Why don't you be more honest about this ---- hole? I think people will care more about their living condition than the amount of deposit they get back. Parking: Got my car broken into. People don't know how to park so you have door dings on your brand new car. People throw parties so you can't even park your car in front of your building. Maintenance: Pretty prompt and gets the job done. Construction: The only thing they did was re-draw the yellow lines on the parking lot so far. Noise: You can hear your next door neighbor, the neighbor downstairs. Grounds: Not clean but not dirty. Safety: Nothing happened so far. Office Staff: Are you freakin' kidding me? The only person that is helpful and pleasant to talk to with is the polite girl that answers the phone. Let's see how long she lasts. The only other person that was nice to deal with was Amanda. She must have gotten fired because she was "too nice" or maybe she had some concious so she quit.

It sounds like you had to prepare as if for a legal issue just to hand over your apartment and get your deposit back - and you still did not get it all back !!! You must be a very relieved man to actually be thankful to them after all this.
