After livinig here for more than ten years and, I don't know how many changed management teams, I can say only few words - low level management, without any sense for people and basic business and management rules. I don't want to elaborate too much about not changed carpets, not painted walls, mice, notes on the builing doors or to all tenants written in low-level style, mostly witout any sense, about parking lots that looks like construction area with grooves and holes where you can break leg easy, with dogs and cats running in the hallways etc. etc.... in one word one place I would not recommend anyone.
It's really a pitty that one nice place came on that level under low-level management
