We are moving out after living here only 1 year. The families whom mostly live here, live about 7 people per 2 bedrooms and are nasty dirty. We have roaches, and roaches. Even after the exterminator comes and the management promises results, we have more roaches. There are people with big dogs and other pets here in our NO PET building. We have a big gap underneath our patio that floods each and every time it rains, and we were promised that it was going to be fixed. We had about 3 tickets out on that service, and still nobody has come up. The third floor is way too hot because of the black tile around the exterior on the 3rd floor, and the air conditioners barely work. It's about 95 degrees in summer and very cold in the winter. Go elsewhere. I do not recommend these apartments of any of their sister apartments which are Mansions, and Alpine. They keep switching property managers, and other management teams.
