Not dirty, but not the best. . . .

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
My husband and I have been living here for over a year. The complex is not dirty at all. Our building is very well maintained. I only saw 1 bug in the bathtub when we first moved in, but that's it. My biggest complaint is customer service. We complained once during the winter when we BOTH fell on slipper walkways, and they told us that it was not their responsibility. They seem very "hands off" when it comes to maintenance issue or general concerns.
