The apartments are decent. If you live in the ones behind the strip mall, facing the back of the mall, in the summer the smell from the garbarge is BAD. the grounds outside are kept clean. the inside of the buildings are kept clean.
The management staff are very rude, extremely rude, talk to you as if you are a child. Stephanie in particular. Just rude. They find ways to fine, fine, fine. And forget about you security deposit. They claimed there were damages to the apartment, but untill now I have not recieved an itemized list of damages.I moved in September 2007.

I WONDER HOW THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY PUTS UP WITH SUCH BLATANT RUDENESS!!! AND WHY, DO THEY??? I WAS INTERESTED IN MOVING THERE, THAT WAS UNTIL I READ ALL THE HORRIBLE REVIEWS!!!
