Mansions Of Mount Shire

Property is all right, Management Sucks From: foams Date posted: 6/29/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008 1 response   The property and the service are two totally different aspects at Mansions of Mountshire. The property is all right - good location, a lot facilities on site (including a very basic gym, tennis courts, laundry etc.) and good upkeep, at a very good price. The building is old and rickety, noise travels, poor quality carpets & fixtures, but the property is clean and maintenance requests are promptly attended. For the price, the property is pretty good. But the service is extremely poor and I never understood why that had to be so - even for a low priced property, it should not take much to hire slightly better people or train them to be polite and helpful. I mean, even Walmart offers good service (for the price) although it is not (and cannot be) 5 star. At Mansions, the staff is downright rude, unhelpful and a pain to deal with - almost as if they had hired a bunch of morons and then trained them to behave badly.
