The process of moving out of this hellhole is nothing but red tape. When you move out, you have to schedule an inspection at this inspection they accuse you of breaking everything and demand that you sign papers saying that you will pay for the damages. I was told that my carpet had urine stains on it.... I dont own a pet! When I moved in there were many small flaws that I brought to the attention of the management and now I am being charged for them.
I had problems with flooding (from the laundry room, upstairs neighbors and toilet), cockroaches (they claim to spray for bugs, but I never saw any improvement), rude and incompetent management, and poor maintenance.
These apartments are very old.... my aunt lived in this same complex over 30 years ago!

I wish I would have saw the reviews before I even thought about moving here. I would rather live on the street. They totally trick you by acting like you have to have perfect credit to live here with roaches!!! How disguisting I bet they don't go home to see roaches crawling everywhere. I have only been here for two months and I want my money back!! I have kids and we never had to live with bugs. Everytime the so called exterminator comes, he claims they will get rid of them. And he had the nerve to tell me we brought them with us. I almost slapped him!!! Until I can get out of this roach infested place I will make sure everyone knows not to move here, unless they like roaches!!!

I completely agree I am in the process of moving out and I they wont even release my renters history without notice of vacating, which takes forever. I don't expect to get back any security deposit based on the reviews Ive seen here. Despite me being OCD and constantly cleaning everything. If you breath you get fined.
