This was my first apartment after college. I chose this place based on price and location.

In the summer time, this place has a massive bug problem. Maintanence was coming every week to spray for cockaroaches; they never got it under control.

In my building, we had a strong Indian presence. If you like curry and Indian food you will love the smell; if you hate Indian food then beware.

On the plus side, management is very friendly. When the opportunity came for me to relocate for my job, I took the transfer just so I could get out of the hell hole. They were very accomodating with my transfer. In fact, they let me keep the one month free.
