1- Roach problem ( disgusting!!!!)
2- If you get new! kitchen cabinets, you pay more.
3- High electricity bill

I think the biggest and disgusting problem in these apartments is roaches. I wish, I could visit this web site before I moved here.I've been living there since September,I called the management so many times and told them about these bugs. They send an exterminator almost every week, but those bugs are still here. It didn't work. This problem makes me really nervous.I have some friends living in these apartments, and most of them having this roach problem.In the kitchen, you can see them every where, on the counter top, on the floor, in the cabinets....Also, sometimes I see them in the bathroom, bedroom and living room.I can't wait to move away!! Although other people who has old cabinets in their kitchen pay $725, we are paying for our apartment $775 because the kitchen cabinets are new! If you look closer to these cabinets, you'll see that they are not in good condition.In a year,we're paying $550 more for this disgusting cabinets!!( Some of my friends have really new cabinets but mine are awful) One more thing, if you think, the rent is cheap, so you are going to save money, don't be fool!You'll get a huge electricity bill because of the stove and hot water. Some of the management people are nice, but some of them are really headache..I heard from some friends, that some of them act very unrespectful. The good things about this apartment: It gets sunshine (South side), large kitchen (but you share it with roaches)... x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

You stated above that you and your friends have roach problems. Hmmm, maybe because you and your friends are dirty renters? Maybe you bring the problem!!!
