While these apts are cheap, you get what you pay for by way of customer service. They are completely disinterested in helping. I don't know why they even call themselves customer service reps.

We had new neighbors move in upstairs and were constantly baraged (sp') by loud music that made the walls vibrate... on and off, at all hours. After three futile noise complaints and many attempts to rectify the problem, we were told that there was nothing mgmt could do and to call the police.

Why would mgmt side with noisy tenants who we were told others had complained about also, instead of tenants who never caused a problem and had lived there for over two years' The mgmt says they'll call you back and they don't. After feeling completely ignored by customer service, I asked for a phone number for the corporate office and was told they couldn't give that out.

I hesitate to call the police. I feel if these tenants have been fined before and still continue to make the noise, what can the police do differently''' The mgmt could evict them. There is a specific paragraph about noise in the rules and regulations section of our lease.
