I moved into mt. prospect place 3 months ago. I moved here from NYC so i know a thing or two about pricing and what you get. These reviews are horrible and discouraging. The truth is its a nice apt. I have a 2 bedroom in a pet building. Its carpeted has almost new cabinets and appliances and if i have an issue maintenace who is very nice comes within a few days unless and emergency. When i moved in the prop. mgr. does a walk thru inspection then gives u the sheet back. If you have any problems you note it on the inspection sheet and you have 30 days to send it back in. 30 days is a test drive really. They issue tickets on problems and they are resolved. The neighborhood is up and coming and the parking area is well lit. I say its a great place compared to other places i have seen.

where are you living? cuz this building I am in has roaches. I see you failed to mention them!

You forgot the bugs, mice, and noise. There is no lines in the parking lot anymore. There are too many pot holes, if it rains it becomes a late instead of a street. Also the nice new cabinets you speak of broke and smashed my hand. Got broken glass all over and cut me up. The carpet is awesome though.
