The worst place I have lived in. Very dirty, the company does not take care of cleaning the place adequately. It is clear that they only want the money payed by tenants. There are thousands of rodents inside the aprtments walls. Mice come out of there to invade the apartments and endanger the tenants' life. The management does not take care of this properly. You have to live with them o kill them yourself.Tenants drop garbage everywhere, and even urinate in the halls, the place inside the buildings looks miserable and smells bad. The last place you want to live in. It seems most tenants are illegal aliens, and the company takes advantage of this, having them, living with rodents, just profiting from their rents. Tenants have to pay for heating which is electrical powered, more than $ 100.00 a month. Same wtih the air conditioning. Mgmt. people are very irresponsible. They don't inform you properly, and then they take advantage of that.
