Shacker management could care less about the poor non-english speaking immigrant residents of this community, they rarely update the often over crowded apartments, laundry facilitys are crap, the halls smell terrible and they charge some of the most awful rental rates and fees. can you believe they charge an apartment inspection fee...what the hell is that about' noise violations are $100 an instance and are at the discretion of the security offices thats on duty that night. Also parking for the entire complex is limited to 8-10 visitor passes a night.The gang banging and crime on site though has been reduced dramatically though since he hired a private security company to work on site. ( dont give him to many handclaps though, he just did it to recieve the village's safe housing award and credits. The owner occasionaly visits the property, usually late at night and to visit one building and apartment in particular; he rarely stays all night though....
