I love the Spacious Apt here but Jesus couldn't make me live there again.

Management Sucks!!!!!! I live there for over 10 years and paid my rent on time then
fell on hard times and I was 5 days late. I got 2 Nasty letters that they just stuck
on my door without a Envelope I guess for all the neighbors to see, I got a letter
stating I couldn't Park my car in the parking lot until the rent and arrears were
paid up, and not to mention Mr. Anthony Shaker had the Audacity to have his Secretary
to call my job because he wanted to meet with me and he never showed up.
And since Colonial Green demand a pass key they are in and out your apartment constantly without your permission. I came home early from work to eat at home and
one of the Landscaper's was in my apartment having sex with his girlfriend and he was
Married. They also go up on your RENT every year then blame it on the Gang Activity
and the Tenants that don't take care of their Apartment, aint that a kick in the pants. And the Red Head lady if you only have One Life To Live please don't trust
her she has 4 Faces she will smile in your face and Stab you in the back.
