A nice size, but somewhat dated (appears to have been built in the early 60's). The stove and fridge were newer, but bottom-end Roper brand. My bathroom had not been updated, but others were being updated over time. Poor sound insulation, especially from floor above. I could actually hear somebody snoring! Parking is somewhat tight, but there was always an open space somewhere. The heating pipes in my bedroom would go 'pop-pop-pop' all winter, and they never figured out what it was.
It is located right next door to one of the worst apartment complexes in Mt Prospect. Lots of noise. I never noticed any obvious gang or other activity, even though I worked second shift and would come home at midnight.
