Timberlake

As far as I can tell, management at this place is not a problem, it is the residents. I feel Timberlake apartments should be very selective in who lives here. Simply because of the residents, I can't recommend living here. Here are just a few problems with the residents:

They blast their spanish music so loud that you actually wonder if you may go deaf from it. It just pierces right through your skull. I'd rather here that gang banger rap crap blasted then that loud --- according $hit.

Some residents decided it would be a good idea to throw patio furniture into the pool. When management sent out a warning about that (eviction) they thought it would be a different story if they threw things into the pond.

There must be a hundred kids here that don't have parents. They all play in front of my apartment and do whatever they want. One kid saw fit to break beer bottles on rocks. When I told him to knock it off (because of course there are no parents around) he just looked at me like I was speaking a different language. (In fact I was because the GRAND MAJORITY of residents do not speak english AT ALL)Also, I think the kids are raiding the dumpsters and bringing their "treasures" into the courtyard.

The horn honking is obnoxious. I would be cool with someone ONCE IN AWHILE honking ONCE to let the person know you are waiting. Instead, they LAY on the horn. They will lay on it for a full minute. And then intermittently honk for another 15-20 minutes. Not to mention they don't care in the least what time it is. 2 am in the morning...doesn't matter.

There are so many other things but I think I'm running out of room. But once again, management is doing great in trying to evict all these bad ones...but I still can't recommend it until MOST of the people around here are out. Give it another year.
