I moved in and things went well at first. I notice there are 2 large mexican families living in the one bedroom next door. They come and go like in shifts. They are nice so I didnt complain. The problem comes from the five guys living in the apartment above the laundry. They drink and blast mexican music all day and night. They throw beer bottles everywhere.This happens frequently from other apartments as well. I have noticed that alot of the people that live here put cots in their living rooms to support a large number of people in one apartment. I have had my car towed twice, once because someone stole my parking sticker out of my car, along with other things and once because I brought my new car home and did not yet have a sticker on it.
We have had mice problems that seem to be gone now after I set traps. The management is horrible. They treat the residents like children. Last summer they 'punished' us for the vandalism to the pond fence by closing the pool for the rest of the summer.
Wanna-be gang member kids were the ones doing the damage, and most of them didnt even live here. I have gone down to my storage to find people smoking crack in the room- someone once lived in a locker and set up a cutain complete with night stand and bed. I wont let my wife go down there. Lockers are always being broken into.
I cant wait until my lease is up!!!!!!!!!!

I Understand one night I was coming in and a lady was having oral sex in the parking lot i'm so glad we moved from there.
