Most of the horrible things listed below are completely true. When I moved into this place the management was friendly and the demo was beautiful, but I was horribly wrong. The first night we stayed in our place the roaches came out by the hundreds. The management said they would would spray and get rid of them, but they did nothing. After 2 months it took a call to the Mount Prospect Environmental Health division to force Timberlake to call Orkin to get rid of them. I haven't seen any German cockroaches since, but now we see giant sewer roaches a few times a month. The management will pretend they care, but they really don't and will do nothing to help. I haven't seen mice yet, but I would not be suprised. Centipedes are an issue now too. I was told it was just that time of season, but thats a lie. Its all year round.
Honking at all hours of the night by rude people, Mexican music blared into the night loud enough to shake the floors, wannabe gang members causing problems in the courtyard, all true. I can't blame the management for all of that, but this isn't a good place to live. Thankfully my lease is up soon...
