Please! Please! Must see unit b4 signing lease .The model is good, but the actual units, they are crap. Live in one that the toilet and window leak, making the carpet smell horrible. Now even mold is growing. Called in work orders, till now I'm tired; can't wait for my lease to end in few weeks. They will come fix one thing, by breaking another, which would defeat the purpose of fixing. The neighbors are horrible. Blasting Mexican music. Had a neighbor who lived with her boyfriend and 2 kids (4yrs and 3yrs) in a one bedroom unit. She would be screaming during sex and make the kids start crying for their mother. The mother and boyfriend would then start yelling at the kids, and cursing them out. How do you tell a 4yr old to shut the f*** up' The management looked friendly, but honestly, they don't care a thing. I told them of my loud neighbor, and they never did a thing; I had to call corps. They never plough or ice after a snow fall.
