When I moved into Timberlake about 10 years ago, the facility was just coming out of receivership and the menagement was very friendly and responsive to my needs. Each year when I renewed my lease they would ask if I wanted my walls painted, or my carpet cleaned. The past few years, all they have asked for was the rent, and twice as many papers to sign.

The management now has cut office hours to such an extent that I have to have packages delivered to a friends house to get them at all. The parking lot is falling apart, the sidewalks have needed repair for several years and don't come home or leave in twilight because the lights aren't on yet or are already off.

I have used my air conditioner 1 time in the 10 years I have been here and it cost me dearly and never even got the apartment cool, not even the room it was running in. The heat is a joke, no way to control it except by opening the windows, then this year they turned it off before Easter, then two weeks ago when the temperature turned back into the 30's it went back on, now it is in the 60's and I have the windows open to make it bearable.

We have recently received two communications from the management office, may I suggest that the manager try using spell check'

I'm moving when my lease is up and although I will be paying a higher rent, I hope I will feel safer and more comfortable.
