I've lived here for one year, the Timberlake is managed by new management, and they suck. They are very slow at responding to their tenants its about 95 degrees very hot there is no central air so everyone who comes to our apartment has to pile up in our bedroom to stay comfortable, because the there is only one AC unit and its in the bedroom. Oh and by the way the the AC Unit shorts out our circuit breaker every five minutes and its a pain in the ass especially when you are trying to relax or watch tv. The new management has bad attitudes towards their tenants whenever we call them to tell them an issue or concern with our apartment. Parking stinks there are not enough spaces, when you park you have to walk around the courtyard style building or you would have to park on the darkside of the building in the back no where near your apartment. Then there are the noise makers in the morning with there loud parade music.
