This place is under new management and has been going downhill. If you have a maintnance request, you will have to wait a few weeks before they get to it, if at all. There are 10 families that live in 2 bedroom apartments, 100 kids running and screaming in the courtyards, drunks playing loud music in the parking lots at all hours, the windows are old and have no insulation whatsoever and leak when it rains. Lockers in the basement always get broken into, laundry machines are always broken down, teenagers hang out on the staircases or in the basement smoking pot. New management is not accomodating at all,theyre unfriendly and do not care about their tenants. They are only open a couple hours a day. They did not open their pool this year and have not opened the fitness center in years, I never see them working on it either. Their tennis court does not have a net and is all cracked. New management tries to make this place look pretty on the outside (putting patches of grass on the dirt spots, painting the trim to the roof and balcony, painting fences) but they do NOTHING to the inside of the apartments. They need new windows that do no leak water all over the floors and with better insulation. A new heating system that tenants can actually control the level on and AC not just in the bedroom. They made all tenants remove their grills, after years of being able to use our own grills. They must have went with a cheap insurance company. This place is very deceiving on the outside. They will not show you your actually apartment until the day you move in either. All that has been moving into these apartments are very large low-income families packed into 1 bedrooms.
