Office hours change frequently, and are unreliable. The heat in the winter is unadjustable, and so hot that we frequently put on shorts and t-shirts when we are in the apartment. There is only one air-conditioner (in the bedroom)which circulates poorly in the rest of the apartment. Maintenence is unreliable, and has been known to enter the apartment without previously calling, and "repairing" things that are not damaged. We are able to hear the neighbor's music and loud conversations.
