When we signed our lease last fall, we were lied to. We were told we had adjustable heat and cooling, except it is the total opposite. It is super hot in the summer and just as hot in the winter. The temperature in our apartment averaged between 80-88 degrees in the summer, and between 82-86 in the winter. One air conditioner is not enough for a whole apartment especially when it is the first one even made. And to top it off, if you open the windows you can hear you neighbors as clear as day. The kitchen is small and for some reason, roaches are the norm. The pest control guy even comes every week because the problem is so bad. Forget about finding parking late at night. The condos next door steal our parking at night and they also have the tendency to break into cars. Overall, Timberlake sucks and it is not worth the money. They have to give people a free month of rent in order to have them lease one of their substandard properties.
