My fiance and I have been renting here since February of 2008. Needless to say we are already in search for a new place to live. I will say that the management are nice, however follow through, and the well being of their tenants is non-existant! When we moved in all seemed plesant, but it wasn't to long after that our apartment was INFESTED with ROACHES! I am OCD, there fore I am CONSTANTLEY cleaning. That doesn't stop these insects. We had our apartment sprayed, and traps set, however NOTHING worked. To top it all off, there has been a BED BUG issue here at Timberlake. If you know anything about bed bugs, you know that you CAN NOT get rid of them once you have them. Thank God we didn't get them, however come to find out the tenant that had them lived right NEXT DOOR to us and we were never informed by management! To make matters EVER WORSE, our apartment was broken into in the MORNING! I had OVER $10,000.00 worth of jewelry stolen from me. Management NEVER CALLED ME to see if I was OK, if there was anything they could do...NOTHING. Let me tell you.....there way of safty for the windows is metal poles in the windows. Thats right people, NO LOCKS! There way of making the situation better was giving my fiance and I a bigger pole to put in between the window and the wall. I got news for you Timberlake, the robber pushed the window in and out....thats how the theif got in! Another thing, it stated in our lease that you can have a dog as long as it is not a "mean-breed" dog, do you know how many people have pitt-bulls and rotweilers in this complex. There is gang grafitti all over the place, beer bottles, liquir bottles, the landscape is horrible, etc. Need I say more' DO NOT RENT FROM TIMBERLAKE APARTMENTS....you will just end up moving after your lease is up!
