Wonderful company - This is a wonderful company to rent from. I previously rented a home from them in Mt. Vernon and they were very helpful. Anytime something needed fixed or changed they always came right away. Melissa was running the office at the time and was a great manager. A shame who they let live in these houses 4 one.They let low income or Section 8 people live here in these houses but don't get me wrong not all the section 8 and low income people do this.If you drive around Mt.Vernon you'll know,small town & it's not hard to tell whose selling
