This building is currently under construction, just got bought by a new owner. Everyting is a mess right now but with the remodeling and all, I think it's going to be called home for many pretty soon. Currently though, the apartments are old and messy and the building smells weird when you come in. The existing tenants are okay. Some are very loud with their car radios and inside the building too. You may find banana peels in the hallway or somebody's trash once in a while. Hopefully though the new owners put security cameras or something.
