I've lived here at SouthWest Crossing for just a year..downsizing from a much larger home. The apartment is spacious, lots of closet space with the Closet Maid system of shelves. Washer & dryer in laundry room.....wash anytime you'd like!
Lovely gas fireplace in living area....wonderful for these cold chilly nights :-) love the garage to keep my car warm & safe.
You can paint, wallpaper, plant a garden outside your patio.....making it a *real* home.
The grounds are lovely and well maintained......daylilies, shasta daisies abound, and the lake is beautiful to stroll around and watch the baby ducks running after mama.
The office staff has been very friendly, sociable and exceedingly helpful with neighborly advice....they also have a drycleaning service that picks up at the clubhouse and delivers...WOW!
I disagree about the maintenance staff.....they are courteous and prompt; everything I've asked to be done is completed within 24 hours or less.
Guess you can say I give this place a 10 !!!!!
