You know a friend of mine told me about this site. I have lived in apartments for more than 10 years (since college). I have found that all apartments offer the same things. I have found that Southwest Crossing works very hard to keep a NICE place! Maintenace is friendly and prompt. Snow removal has been the best since they do it themselves. The office personel is warm and friendly. I have ALWAYS been greeted with a smile and asked how "I am doing". They accept packages for the residents which is a PLUS PLUS for me. I am a sales rep and receive MANY. I am able to pick up my packages any day up to 10pm. How else can or does offer that. I don't use the fitness center or gym, but they are always clean. The pool is SPOTLESS and a pleasure to use. The BIGGEST problem I have seen is that others don't respect the apartments, grounds or the management. I have actually seen people throw trash and cigarettes on the ground. Once I said something and the guy told me to mind my own business that's what maintenance is for. How Rude. Losser. I found out later he didn't even live here. I almost 500 apartments, I think things are kept and handled nicely!! I would and have reccommended Southwest Crossing! Thank you Southwest Crossing staff!!!!!!!
