My apartment itself is nice. The landscaping and grounds right out side of the rental house are nice but the rest could us a little more up keep. Also, the apt staff complain about dog poop throughout the complex but they do not have a enough dog poop bag dispensers nor do they replace the bag dispensers. I also feel bad for people that have apartment near the poop bag dispensers during the summer - they do not empty the containers so it's not unusally for them to stink when it gets hot.

Most of the staff is nice, but it's the managers (higher level staff) that I've had the most problems with. Even though I've lived there for two years straight they will not even discuss giving me a better deal on my rent so I'm moving out. They also claim to have given me a credit for renewing my lease last year but I've never received nor were they very helpful about looking into the matter.
