I have lived in the community for almost a year now. Have seen many leasing staffing agents change (at least 3-4) in my year. The manager and assistant manager need to take courses on customer service and business.
1) Rent is very high and you would expect outstanding customer service when you pay your rent on time. NOT HERE! Both "managers" are quite rude! I have a hard time paying this kind of money and being treated like garbage.
2) Learn how to return phone calls. It took at least 3-4 phone calls from myself over the course of almost 2 weeks to get any type of information about an issue. Come on people----it shouldn't take 5 days to return at least one phone call.
3) Don't complain about your neighbors here, they will NEVER do ANYTHING about it even if it is in the lease something is NOT allowed!!
4) They constantly ask if you have friends/family looking for an apartment, and are very nice when asking you. They are not friendly when you ask simple tasks from them. Why would I subject anyone I know to this childish behavior'
5) There are sooooo many vacant apartments here. I am constantly seeing people move out, but NOT IN! I wonder why'
Southwest Crossing Staff - you need to take some courses on how to treat customers. Treat people how you want to be treated.
Do not consider moving here until you see at least 5 positive reviews since this one was written.
