To the comments below (sound like same person over and over again). I have lived at Southwest Crossing since 2000. I have seen staff come and go, but for good reason, the team they have now including maint. is the best yet. Of course your going to have some rent increase, but what do you expect to have the same rate from the day you move in, ya that would be nice, but wake up this is the real world thing just don't happen like that, and besides it's not like they raise the rent back to market like most other places do.
I have delt with the assistant manager on more then several occassions with renewals and transfers on site, she was totaly helpful and extremly nice. I probable called her at lease three times a day with questions and never did she treat me like I was a pain in the ass.
So to the person who has nothing better to do but leave little nasty comments on this website get a life.
And to the person who left the comment before, I bet you (they) are the nicest people and alway having a smile on there face and never have a bad day. Ya that's what I thought.
Southwest Crossing keep up the GREAT work and dont worry about the cry babies who try to make you sound bad, you make me and 100's of other residents HAPPY.
Happy New Years
Pete resident since 2000.
P.S. We'll miss the pain in the asses (hehe) good riddens.
