I have been living here for 3 years, and have found the staff overall very helpful and nice.

I consider Southwest Crossing easy living. The apartments are nice and affordable (there are always specials going on, including the one we received), and there are so many amenities here, without the headache of upkeep on a home (pool,gym, fitness center, maintenance crew). I have only needed to call maintenance a few times, and for minor things (lightbulbs going out, blind slat came off)because the apartments are in great shape. Maintenance are always quick to respond, and professional as well.

When we do go to the office to pay rent or to pick up a package (which by the way, is another benefit to living here), my wife and I are always well received.

I completely disagree with the previous emails about the staff treatment and the terms of the leases. It was your decision to live here, and the terms of the contract and the rules and regulations of living here are easily laid out. All you have to do is pay your rent- pay it on time, and get over it...
