I find it very hard to believe that the office staff is as rude as people are saying. I have lived here for over a year and have been treated very kind.

What I find interesting is how some of the residents treat the office staff. I have seen first hand very rude tenants come in, scream and yell about things that are insignificant and out of the staff's hands. Rent does go up at all properties, but atleast here it doesn't go to market rate. For the person who wrote that Management staff is not here on the weekends, that is pretty normal at most work places, don't you think. People do need days off of work. Welcome to the real world.

I feel very welcome here at Southwest Crossing Apts. and am happy to call this my home.

For all of you who are unhappy-it's probably because you have nothing better to do with your time or have created a situation on your own and can't get out of it because you couldn't read your lease!!!
