I have come upon this site looking for reviews in Naperville where I plan to move and find that this complex sounds nice, however you would have to endure the mismanagement of this complex.

1. It is obvious that their management is writing responses attacking their residents once they hear the truth & I would not tolerate that behavior and go right to their corporate office which I suggest the residents should consider if the office is still abusive.

2. I suggest to all residents that you call their management company corporate office when you have been treated rudely or unfairly. I am quite sure their main office would be interested in knowing the antics going on and how their residents are being treated.

3. I fully expect to live in Naperville and will make sure that anyone I know does not make the mistake of paying big money with bad service at your complex.

4. Shame on you the management for attacking your residents on this site. Don't you have something to file' Deliver a residents package' Maybe read up or take a customer service course because there is no way in hell that all of the bad postings are false and all of them talk about you the poor management. Get cracking and bone up on your customer service, it is your job.

Naperville has many apartment complexes to choose from, I am happy that this place will be excluded from my search.
