Nice Apartment's, Absolutely Awful Staff!!!!!!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
Twice they have had my perfectly legal and allowable second vehicle towed. Only after considerable effort and contacting the Property Management Headquarters was my money refunded.
Since then, they have failed to repair clogged toilet's for up to a week and allowed our broken heater (in January) to remain un fixed for 2 weeks.
Everyone in the office has a snotty attitude and fails to recognize their customer service role.
