Lots of issues...

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
We had a horrible mold problem growing down our walls and along the baseboards and in cabinets. Some from a leaking washer above us and some that just randomly appeared in rooms. We never found out if it was toxic or not. HUGE BUG problem. I had them out to take care of it with little to no response. Dead bugs would literally be everywhere on our carpet. We were vacumin it daily to get rid of them. Also, gross carpet that they told us would be replaced prior to move in that never was. We moved in during the summer of 2003 with a 9 month lease. At the time, they assured us if we needed to leave sooner, they would assist us in finding a new tenant for subleasing etc. We were transfered that fall and could not sublease this apt. We were stuck with double rent until Feb of 2004. The office never sent even one lead or person our way for leasing. The management was very unhelpful on almost every level from subleasing to the bugs and mold. I'd highly recommend finding something else.
