OK Apartments...snotty staff....

We have lived in these apartments almost 2 years. We move out (into our first owned home!) tomorrow. The apartments are fairly nice. However, the wallls are very thin relative to other places I have lived (beware, you hear EVERYTHING your neighbor says / does). The carpeting is also very poor. The area where you enter the kitchen tears and comes up. We had it repaired several times but eventually gave up and covered it with a rug. The worst part about this place, and why I would NEVER reccomend it, is the management staff. They are great when you first move in, but after that, you're on your own! They fail to respond to maintenance calls until you literally stand in the office demanding attention (don't expect any work on weekends!). They have also towed our second car twice ("Because it hasn't moved in several days.") Imagine that, a second car for which I pay for parking is only used sparingly! Both times I had to go to the RMK home office in order to get a refund of the towing cost. Not once did i ever receive an apology. It's ashame, otherwise the property is quite nice.
