I did not really have any troubles while living there. Maintenance was an issue. We had a garbage disposal that sounded like an airplane taking off and rattled the entire department and it was never fixed. They just told us that is what it was supposed to sound like. Hmmm...
As for the staff, they were relatively friendly. We never had any real problems until we decided to move out. I got a single bedroom when I first moved in and they were very accomodating when I wanted to get a roommate and upgrade to a two bedroom. I received my full security deposit. After our lease ran out for our two bedroom, it took two months and many phone calls to get our security deposit and were raped on what we got back. I personally know that the first apt. I moved out of was in worse condition than the last one.
We had no issues with cars being towed. You just have to let the office know if a vehicle will be sitting for an extended period of time.
Walls are thin and you will have high gas bills in the winter time. Bathrooms are huge and closets are ample.
