Avoid second floor at all cost!

Other than everyday complaints which happen at all apartment building this second floor is unbearable. Every time were home its ridiculous how clear we can hear the nieghbors above us.The entire cieling on the second floor was constructed horribly.
The walls are so paper thin I heard my neighbor urinating.If you rent here pay the extra money to get a first or third floor apartment! Avoid second floor at all cost!!!!!!
