Well, not a whole lot!
1) We got a major snow storm overnight, which WE ALL KNEW ABOUT! Why don't they take some of the rent money and pay to have the sidewalks and driveways cleaned' There are areas they don't even plow at all. I pay $1100/month to walk in knee deep snow'
As I drove by the office, I noticed everything was plowed AND the sidewalks were totally cleaned off BEFORE 8AM! I was curious about other complexes and noticed several others in the area were plowed AND the sidewalks were clear!
Well, I guess at least my money helps ensure the staff does not have to walk in snow.
2) The staff is unhelpful! Whenever I call and something is broken, It takes them DAYS to respond and fix the problems.
3) I noticed recently many people moving out, but NONE moving in. I know of a few apartments that have been vacant for MONTHS! What does this say about this place' You can make your own conclusion.
4) Beware they charge extra rent for pets and they say it is due to the dogs urinating on the grass and having to replace it. This is not the case! They replaced several areas of grass in the summer, but they hired cheap landscapers and most of the sod died. What does this mean' We will have to pay even more next year! The landscaping is AWFUL! The bushes grow out of control and cover the sidewalks where you need to enter your apartment.
There are several other nicer complexes around for the same or less money. You can even rent a house or townhouse for this price. I will NOT be renewing my lease once it's up.
