It's so funny how people complain all the time, but have you ever thanked the entire staff for all the good that they do. I've lived in several apartment communities around in Naperville, and this entire staff truely cares. If they are not helping watching someone's pet, or picking up someone's mail/garbage because they are to old to walk--- I think that's pretty cool. They reason why I know this is because I've seen it with my own eyes. Stop writing all the bad, if you have a problem-they will help you. A Satisfied Resident
