I've so suprised to read all these negative remarks about the staff and the apartments. I've been here for almost 4 years, and love it!! The staff has always gone out of their way, their nice and very caring. The location is so great to downtown Naperville and the Fox Valley Mall. I am sad to say that I just bought a townhome, but the experience here was wonderful. No complaints. I think whoever reads this site, as well as my review-keep an open mind-because the statements made prior are not true--- You'll love it here to all the newcomers.
