Discriminating staff''

My friend and I walked into Southwest Crossing on a Sunday about 1pm. A staff member walked up to us and we could not view the apartment because we did not have an appointment. She then handed us a price list and walked away.
As we drove away, we called them from our cel phone about 2 minutes later. On a whim, I asked if we could see the apartment today. She said yes. I asked if we needed an appointment, she said no, just come by before 4:00pm.
They lost a potential client due to rudeness, poor customer service and incosistencies in thier polices. I question if they discriminated due to our age (24 and 26) or appearance (if we had money). We were planning to rent up to $1,500.
